Balsamic Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup of Fresh Blueberries

2 tsp Granulated Sugar

½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

1 Zested Lemon

3 tbsp Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar

Method

In a sauce pot combine blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste, and lemon zest

Cover and let cook about 15 minutes on a low heat, stirring occasionally

Remove when the blueberries are syrupy

Off the heat, mix in the Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar

This sauce is perfect for French toast, pancakes, or as a cupcake filling!

To turn into a salad dressing, remove the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla bean paste. Replace with

lemon juice,1/4 tsp of salt, and 4 oz of Chianti Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is lovely on

a spring salad!
