We’ve curated a menu that showcases the best of what olive oils and balsamic vinegars have to offer, paired with seasonal ingredients that capture the essence of summer and fall. From the moment you step in, you’ll be surrounded by delightful aromas and vibrant flavors that transport you to Italy.

Grazing Table (5:30 PM)
The evening kicks off with a luxurious antipasti grazing table, where you can mingle and nibble on a carefully curated selection of seasonal charcuterie, cheeses, marinated vegetables, olives, and artisan breads. As you explore these offerings, you’ll also be able to taste a variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars, learning how each distinct flavor profile enhances the ingredients on display.

Dinner (6:15 PM)
The dinner begins with a thoughtfully composed selection of dishes designed to highlight the beauty of each ingredient.

  • Olive Oil & Balsamic with Sourdough: Start your meal with freshly baked sourdough served with an assortment of imported olive oils and aged balsamic vinegar for dipping. The perfect introduction to the flavors of the evening!

  • Seasonal Salad: A light and vibrant mix of garden-fresh greens dressed in a tangy balsamic vinaigrette, enhanced with a drizzle of premium olive oil.

  • Black Truffle Arancini with Beef Tartare: Crispy risotto balls infused with pieces of luxurious black truffle, paired with delicate beef tartare, all finished off with a drizzle of 30-year aged balsamic vinegar.

  • Trapani Pesto on Trofie Pasta: Indulge in a rich and aromatic pesto from Trapani, made with basil, garlic, almonds, tomato, and, of course, olive oil. This flavorful sauce is paired with trofie pasta, a Ligurian specialty that perfectly complements the pesto.

  • Pollo Arrosto: A succulent roasted chicken served with a tangy white balsamic condiment that adds a unique depth of flavor to each bite.

  • Sides: Seasonal roasted vegetables and legumes.

Dessert Course:
End the evening on a sweet note with a selection of indulgent Italian desserts:

  • Biscotti: Traditional almond cookies.

  • Tiramisu: A classic favorite with layers of mascarpone, espresso, and cocoa – the ultimate Italian dessert.

  • Zeppole: Soft, fried dough balls dusted with powdered sugar, these bite-sized treats are sure to delight.

  • Seasonal Semifreddo: A creamy frozen dessert featuring seasonal fruits, providing a refreshing and satisfying end to the meal.
