Antipasti Grazing Table (5:30 PM)

  • An array of imported charcuterie and cheeses, with seasonal marinated and fermented vegetables, and accoutrements. Explore various olive oils and balsamic vinegars as you mingle and nibble on a selection of antipasti.

Dinner (6:15 PM)

  • Olive Oil & Balsamic with Sourdough: Begin your meal with freshly baked sourdough served with an assortment of our imported olive oils and balsamic vinegars for dipping.

  • Seasonal Salad: A fresh, vibrant mix of garden greens dressed with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette and a drizzle of premium olive oil.

  • Black Truffle Arancini with Beef Tartare: Crispy risotto balls infused with pieces of black truffle, paired with delicate beef tartare, all enhanced with a drizzle of 30 year aged balsamic.

  • Trapani Pesto on Trofie Pasta: A smooth and aromatic Trapani pesto, made with basil, garlic, almonds, tomato, and olive oil, served with trofie pasta – a Ligurian specialty that perfectly complements the pesto.

  • Pollo Arrosto: Succulent, roasted chicken served with white balsamic condiment.
