Sliced Truffles in Olive Oil

Sliced truffles in oil are a convenient way to incorporate truffles into your home kitchen without worrying about fresh truffles spoiling before you can use them. Since they are pre-sliced, adding truffles to any dish is easy. We enjoy using truffles to enhance sauces, such as the Port Sauce with Truffles. Or adding truffle slices to an egg salad sandwich or to finish a risotto. The olive oil in the jar can be saved and used to add a hint of earthiness to fried potatoes, pasta, or salad.

Shelf Life:

While the shelf life of this product is extended due to the controlled environment, once opened they are best consumed within a few days of opening, stored in the refrigerator covered with olive oil.

Product Sizing:

We currently offer three sizes of truffles, 30g sliced white truffles in olive oil, 80g sliced black truffles in olive oil, and 380g sliced black truffles in olive oil.

Where to taste locally:

During a Night at the Museum, you can taste the sliced black truffles on pizza at The Vault in East Liverpool, Ohio.

During Flavors of Italy, you can taste the sliced black truffles on the crispy risotto at A Movable Feast at Birdfish Brewery in Columbiana, Ohio.
