In the News: WTOV 9 & The Salem News

Wednesday, July 10, 2024

The olive oil and balsamic tasting will be conducted in a similar manner to a wine tasting. Each participant will receive 4 different olive oils and balsamic to taste. We will discuss the various olives utilized in each bottle to produce the specific flavors in the olive oil. For the balsamic vinegar, we will focus on the aging process and taste from 3 years, 15 years, 20 years, and 30 years. We will also discuss the various woods used in the aging process.

This is a great opportunity to understand the various usages and to become an educated buyer of why certain things come at different price points. For A Night at the Museum, there are three tasting times available: 5:00 pm, 6:15 pm, and 7:30 pm tickets can be purchased here.
