Blue Label Balsamic Vinegar

This balsamic vinegar has been aged for 20 years in mulberry, oak, chestnut, cherry, and acacia wood barrels. Although it has some sweetness from aging and evaporation, it maintains high acidity on the palate. The perceived flavors are brown sugar, fig, and lemon; making it a perfect accompaniment to a medium-rare ribeye steak grilled to perfection. You can use this vinegar as a simple salad dressing or a garnish for various dishes. It's great on roasted carrots, pizza, bruschetta, and Parmesan cheese.
