Smoked Balsamic Gin Sour 

Ingredients:

2 oz London Dry Gin

¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

½ oz Simple Syrup

¼ oz Smoked Balsamic Glaze

 ½ oz Campari

2 dashes Orange Bitters

1 Egg White (optional, for a silky texture)

Ice

Orange Peel or Luxardo Cherry, for garnish

Mehod:

In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, smoked balsamic glaze, Campari, orange bitters, and egg white (if using).

Dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds to emulsify.

Add ice and shake vigorously for another 10-15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass or a rocks glass over fresh ice.
