Anchovy Oil
Anchovy Oil Serves 4
This dish makes for a great first course, otherwise known in the Italian meal structure as a primo. It is very simple to make, and can be completed within 5 minutes. We love to put this on our Riccolina Double Wheat, Organic Pasta.
Ingredients:
6 TB 100% Italiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 anchovy fillets
Pasta:
1 package Riccolina Pasta
tt Parmigiano Reggiano
tt Black Pepper
Boil Pasta in heavily salted water for 4 minutes. Heat up pan, add in olive oil and remove from heat. Add in anchovy until aromatic. Toss pasta into sauce, finish with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh cracked black pepper.
