Cooking Classes

On the second Saturday of each month for the rest of the year, I (Ashley) will be hosting cooking classes at The Smuckers House in Salem, Ohio. Each month, we will focus on the seasonality of ingredients. The classes are open to beginners, so no prior kitchen experience is necessary. We kindly request that all participants wear closed-toed shoes for each event. Please bring your own apron, as we may not have enough for everyone.

July 13- Farmers Market Walk; Vegetable Cookery and Salads

August 10- Grilling with Beresfords Craft Meats and Deli

September 14- Canning and Fermentation

October 12*- Pumpkin Ravioli with Walnut and Sage Beurre Blanc, with Truffle Honey Panna Cotta

November 9- Pie Making

December 14- Christmas Candy Making
