August 10 Grilling Class

9:45am-1:00pm

A collaboration with Erin Moeller, owner of Beresfords Craft Meats and Deli in Calcutta. Following a demonstration, each participant will get to grill their own steak. Everyone will eat lunch together. Please feel free to bring your own beverages.
